Indey S. Cruz.
My work is grounded in a combination of formal academic study, independent research, and a long-term commitment to understanding human behaviour, society, and personal development. I believe that meaningful insight comes not only from education, but also from continuous learning, critical thinking, and the willingness to explore ideas from multiple perspectives.
_____
I hold university degrees in Sociology and Criminology, which provide the academic foundation for my work. Building on this, I have spent many years independently researching a wide range of disciplines, including behavioural science, psychology, social psychology, evolutionary psychology, anthropology, philosophy, mythology, comparative religion, culture, resilience, and personal transformation. This interdisciplinary approach allows me to examine human behaviour through multiple lenses rather than relying on a single perspective.
_____
Alongside my academic and independent research, I have invested in ongoing personal and professional development by attending seminars, workshops, and educational events led by internationally recognised speakers and organisations. These experiences have complemented my academic studies by exposing me to practical frameworks for communication, personal growth, leadership, and resilience.
_____
The ideas presented throughout my books, articles, courses, and research are informed by both structured study and continuous exploration. My aim is not to provide absolute answers, but to encourage thoughtful discussion, critical reflection, and practical understanding that readers can apply within their own lives.
My interest in human behaviour did not begin in a classroom—it began through life itself. Although my academic studies provided an important foundation, it was real-world experience, personal challenges, travel, and a lifelong commitment to learning that shaped the direction of my work.
_____
Over the years, my journey has taken me beyond formal education and across different countries, cultures, and communities. Through independent research, travel, and personal development, I have sought to understand how people respond to adversity, recover from loss, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. These experiences have allowed me to observe not only individual behaviour, but also the wider social, cultural, and economic influences that shape the way people think, feel, and interact.
_____
During my studies, I travelled to Greece as part of a sociology field experience at a time when the country was experiencing significant economic hardship. Speaking with local people and witnessing the realities of everyday life provided valuable insight into the effects of social and economic change on individuals, families, and communities. Since then, my learning has continued through travel, independent research, and conversations with people from many different backgrounds, each contributing another perspective to my understanding of human behaviour.
_____
Alongside academic study, I have invested in continuous personal and professional development by attending seminars and educational events led by internationally recognised speakers, including Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within (UPW), together with programmes focused on mindset, leadership, financial education, and personal growth. Every experience has contributed another piece to a much larger picture, reinforcing my belief that learning never truly ends.
_____
The books and research I publish are influenced by both academic knowledge and lived experience. Rather than presenting a single philosophy or claiming to have all the answers, my work reflects different stages of learning, recovery, resilience, and personal transformation. Each project explores a different question, recognising that every person's journey is unique and that growth is an ongoing process rather than a final destination.
_____
One of the greatest lessons I have learned is that healing does not mean forgetting the past. The past becomes part of who we are, but it does not have to define who we become. Real transformation happens when we begin creating new experiences instead of remaining trapped within old ones. We cannot change what has already happened, but we can change the direction of the life we choose to build from this point forward.
_____
Everything I write, research, and create is guided by a simple belief: knowledge has the power to transform lives. If my work helps someone better understand themselves, find hope during a difficult time, or take the first step towards positive change, then it has fulfilled its purpose.
My mission is to bridge the gap between knowledge and lived experience by creating books, research, courses, and educational resources that help people better understand themselves, others, and the world around them.
_____
I believe that education is not limited to classrooms, qualifications, or theories. Some of life's greatest lessons are learned through experience, reflection, resilience, and the willingness to keep growing. By combining academic study, independent research, and real-life experience, I aim to present ideas that are both intellectually engaging and practically meaningful.
_____
My work explores the connections between human behaviour, psychology, sociology, culture, resilience, healing, and personal transformation. Rather than offering simple answers, I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning, recognising that every individual follows a unique path through life.
_____
Above all, I hope my work reminds people that change is possible. No matter where someone begins, growth can continue, perspective can evolve, and a different future can be created. If my books, research, or courses help even one person find hope, understanding, or the confidence to take their next step forward, then they have achieved their purpose.
The Knowledge Hub is the central destination for my published work, research, educational resources, and creative projects. It brings together books, articles, independent research, practical guides, and future publications in one place, creating a growing collection of ideas designed to encourage learning, curiosity, and meaningful personal growth.
_____
Writing has become one of the most important ways I explore, organise, and share ideas. Each publication represents a different stage of learning, research, creativity, or personal reflection. While every book has its own focus, together they form a connected body of work centred on understanding people, exploring ideas, and encouraging thoughtful discussion.
_____
My publications span a wide range of subjects, including human behaviour, psychology, sociology, criminology, personal development, relationships, healing, creative writing, children's learning, and colouring books. Some are informed by academic study and independent research, while others draw upon lived experience, observation, and storytelling to present ideas in an accessible and engaging way.
_____
The Knowledge Hub has been designed to grow over time. As new books, articles, research, courses, and educational resources are published, they will be added here, making this the best place to explore my latest work and follow the continued development of my research and writing.
Whether you are discovering my work for the first time or returning to explore something new, I hope you will find ideas that inspire curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and support lifelong learning and personal transformation.
