Welcome to the Knowledge Hub — the central collection of my research, writing, educational resources, publications, and ongoing work.
This space brings together ideas gathered through years of academic study, independent research, personal development, observation, travel, and lived experience. It has been created as a place for readers, learners, researchers, and curious minds to explore subjects relating to human behaviour, psychology, sociology, personal growth, resilience, relationships, culture, philosophy, and the many factors that influence how people think, feel, and behave.
The Knowledge Hub is designed to be more than a library of information. It is a place where different disciplines, perspectives, and experiences come together. Some resources are based upon academic knowledge and research, while others are shaped by real-life experiences, personal reflection, and lessons learned through observation and exploration. Together they form a growing collection of ideas intended to encourage deeper thinking, meaningful conversations, and lifelong learning.
Whether you are interested in understanding human behaviour, exploring personal development, discovering new perspectives, or simply satisfying your curiosity, I hope you find something here that informs, inspires, or challenges the way you see the world.
As part of the continued development of this Knowledge Hub, I have also established an archive of independent research and working papers through the Open Science Framework (OSF). This collection provides access to selected qualitative papers, reflective studies, and phenomenological narratives that explore topics including trauma integration, identity development, relationships, resilience, emotional regulation, and personal growth. These papers represent an ongoing programme of independent scholarship and intellectual exploration, allowing ideas to be examined in greater depth while providing insight into the research, reflection, and analytical thinking that sits behind many of my books, projects, and creative works.
The Knowledge Hub is not only a place for published books and completed projects. It is also a space where ideas are explored, questions are examined, and new perspectives are developed through ongoing research and reflection.
This collection of independent working papers explores themes including trauma integration, identity reconstruction, human behaviour, emotional regulation, personal development, relationships, resilience, and post-traumatic growth. Drawing upon interdisciplinary perspectives from sociology, criminology, psychology, behavioural science, and narrative inquiry, these papers examine how people make sense of experience, navigate adversity, and construct meaning throughout their lives.
Rather than presenting definitive answers, these papers are intended to encourage critical thinking, reflection, and discussion. They represent an ongoing programme of independent scholarship and intellectual exploration that sits alongside my wider work as an author, researcher, and creator.
The archive contains selected qualitative and phenomenological working papers and will continue to grow as new projects, research interests, and areas of inquiry emerge.

The Knowledge Hub continues to grow as new research, articles, books, resources, projects, and educational materials are added. Topics range from psychology, sociology, anthropology, behavioural science, and philosophy through to relationships, healing, resilience, creativity, and personal transformation.
Every resource has been included with one purpose: to make knowledge more accessible and encourage greater understanding of ourselves, one another, and the world we share.

Independent Research & Working Papers
This collection contains selected working papers, reflective studies, and independent research documents exploring themes including human behaviour, trauma, memory, identity, social dynamics, personal development, and narrative meaning-making. These papers represent ongoing intellectual exploration and are intended to encourage discussion, critical reflection, and interdisciplinary thinking. While some works may later develop into larger publications, books, or formal research projects, they are presented here as part of a continuing journey of inquiry, learning, and knowledge creation.
Welcome to the Article Library—a growing collection of original essays, research, and thought-provoking articles exploring relationships, divorce and recovery, betrayal, human behaviour, sociology, criminology, philosophy, personal development, and the complexities of everyday life. Each article is written to encourage deeper understanding, critical thinking, and meaningful reflection, with new content added regularly as the library continues to grow.

The images and visual concepts shared throughout this Knowledge Hub are creative expressions of ideas, observations, and themes that I explore through my work.
While modern creative tools may assist in bringing some of these concepts to life, the focus is not the technology itself but the underlying idea. Throughout history, creators have used the tools available to them to communicate thoughts, stories, emotions, and possibilities. Today's tools simply allow more people to transform imagination into visual form, regardless of their artistic background.
Many people have meaningful ideas but may not possess the technical skills required to draw, paint, or design them from scratch. These visual pieces demonstrate how concepts, questions, and perspectives can be explored and shared in new ways. They are intended to inspire curiosity, reflection, creativity, and discussion.
At the heart of this work is a simple belief: everyone has something valuable to contribute. Sometimes all we need is the right tool to help us express it.
Social Media Love Posts
This piece reflects the tension between hope and caution in the search for love. Experience teaches us to be sceptical, to question intentions, and to scrutinise what is placed before us. Yet despite our doubts, most people continue searching for connection, believing that somewhere there is a person who will understand them.
Love can be both uplifting and blinding. In the desire to hold on to someone, we can sometimes accept less than we deserve, overlooking things we would never tolerate elsewhere. We convince ourselves that compromise is the same as sacrifice, until one day we realise how much of ourselves has been given away.
The poetry woven into this work speaks of absence and remembrance. It reflects the quiet moments after love has gone, when memories linger longer than the person themselves. Sometimes what remains is not the relationship, but the lessons it leaves behind and the person we become because of it.

This piece explores the delicate balance between love, trust, and vulnerability. When we allow someone into our lives, we gradually build a castle of shared experiences, memories, and emotional connections. The stronger that bond becomes, the more valuable it feels.
Yet love often carries an unspoken fear—the fear of loss. The deeper our attachment, the greater the risk of pain if that connection is broken. This work reflects how trust can create both comfort and vulnerability, reminding us that the very things we cherish most are often the things we fear losing the most.

Social Media "Thats What My" Posts
This piece plays with the voices that shape our lives. From childhood onwards, we are influenced by the words of parents, partners, friends, mentors, and the many people who leave their mark on our thinking. We carry fragments of their advice, beliefs, warnings, encouragement, and opinions long after the conversations themselves have ended.
"That's What My Girlfriend Said" is part of a wider reflection on the different voices that guide, challenge, and sometimes define us. Whether it is That's What My Dad Said, That's What My Mother Said, That's What My Boyfriend Said, or even That's What Indey S. Cruz Said, each title represents a perspective rather than an absolute truth.
The collection invites us to consider an important question: How much of what we believe comes from our own experiences, and how much comes from the voices we have chosen to listen to along the way? Sometimes wisdom is found in those voices. Sometimes growth comes from questioning them.

Social Media Animation Posts
This collection of animated posts reflects my own autistic perspective on the world. Using simple cotton-style characters, I explore ideas, emotions, observations, and everyday experiences that can sometimes be difficult to express through conversation alone.
The purpose is not to seek sympathy or labels, but to encourage understanding. We all experience the world differently, and these characters provide a creative way for me to share my thoughts, connect with others, and demonstrate that different ways of thinking can bring unique insights, creativity, and value.

Social Media Sayings Posts
This collection focuses on personal responsibility, self-reflection, and living with intention. The messages draw attention to a simple truth: yesterday cannot be changed, tomorrow cannot be guaranteed, and today is the only moment we truly possess. Every decision, action, and opportunity exists in the present.
Through images, quotes, and visual storytelling, these pieces encourage people to pursue their ambitions, remove unnecessary negativity from their lives, and focus on what genuinely matters. They explore themes of discipline, authenticity, and self-awareness, reminding us that actions often speak louder than words. Before we speak with our mouths, we are already communicating through our attitude, behaviour, and the way we carry ourselves. Ultimately, this work is about choosing growth over excuses and building a life that reflects who we truly want to become.

Adult, Children, Colouring Books Gallery
These colouring books represent another side of my creative journey. Created for both children and adults, they are an expression of imagination, design, and artistic exploration. Each book was developed as an opportunity to create something engaging, enjoyable, and accessible for people of different ages and interests.
My work is not limited to a single medium, subject, or audience. I believe creativity can take many forms, and these books reflect my desire to explore different ways of bringing ideas to life. Whether through writing, research, visual concepts, educational content, or colouring books, the underlying goal remains the same: to create something meaningful, inspiring, and enjoyable for others.
This collection is part of a broader commitment to continually learning, creating, and expanding my abilities. It reflects my belief that talent is not confined to one area of expertise, but can be developed and expressed through many different forms of creative work.
